Summer Program
August 4th - August 28th
This program is designed to keep dancers aged 9 and up active, inspired, and technically strong. For beginners, it introduces the foundational movements of classical ballet, building a solid base for future training. Advanced and pre-professional students benefit from a more rigorous curriculum, focusing on technique refinement, strength building, flexibility, and performance skills, all while reducing the risk of injury and enhancing memory retention.

With options for intensive classes, focused workshops, and private lessons, this program offers a personalized approach for dancers at every stage of their training. Whether you are taking your first steps or pushing toward professional excellence, it provides the perfect environment to grow, challenge yourself, and reach new heights.

Body Conditioning & Stretch
Feel your best—both in and out of the studio
Our Body Conditioning & Stretch class is designed for dancers aged 15 and up of all levels who want to improve strength, flexibility, and body control. Through targeted exercises and stretching, the class supports the demands of dance training by enhancing posture, balance, and injury prevention.

Students learn effective techniques to lengthen muscles and increase mobility in key areas such as the hips, hamstrings, and back. This balanced approach builds endurance, stability, and focus, creating a solid foundation for dancers at any stage of their training.

Hip-Hop Program
Experience the Energy of Hip-Hop
For dancers aged 10 and up, our Hip-Hop program delivers an energetic and immersive experience that blends street dance culture with technical training and self-expression. Classes emphasize rhythm, coordination, and musicality while helping students build strength, agility, and body awareness. Through a mix of choreography and freestyle, dancers are encouraged to connect authentically with the music and bring their own unique style to every movement.

Beyond just steps and routines, the program introduces students to the cultural and historical roots of Hip-Hop, fostering a deeper appreciation for the genre as both an art form and a movement. With expert instruction in a supportive and inclusive setting, dancers develop not only their physical and creative skills but also confidence, discipline, and a strong sense of identity—tools that will serve them both in and out of the studio.
